Our group of 5 stopped here for breakfast on our drive home from Georgia. The place itself was inviting and the bathrooms were clean, which is always important for me. Our waitress appeared to be tired and not in the mood to be at work but she wasn't all together unpleasant. My husband ordered a Western Omelette with fruits on the side with Biscuits and I ordered Steak and Eggs with fruits on the side with toast. I ordered my steak medium well, like I always do and when it came out it was burnt and gross looking. The manager, who helped to bring out our food, asked if I would like them to prepare it again for me. I declined because at this point we were waiting a while to get our food and we wanted to get back on the road. My steak was horrible and tasted like rubber but my husband and everyone else in our party sort of enjoyed their food. The manager took my food off of our bill so my husband and I ended up paying like $9.00 for our meal. Bottom line, we probably won't eat here again, but you never know...

Big fan of Bob Evans and have had good experiences at each location weve visited between NJ, TN, FL. Stopped for lunch today with family. We had chicken pot pie, green beans, mac n cheese, turkey dinner. Everyone rated their food as 5/5 except the pumpkin bread that was dry - and we were served end pieces only- causing a drop in the star rating. Pot piecrust was perfect! Love the green beans with ham and there bread rolls were fluffy and fresh!

Bob Evan's doesn't seem to be on everyone's favorite list, but I have yet to have a bad breakfast experience here. If you like pancakes, you might like Bob Evan's.

Love the food here. The breakfast is the best very clean and friendly staff gets packed on Saturdays and Sundays

Sauage is over salted nothing impressive whatsoever. Though crepes are impressive.Overpriced food generally.Good service. Menu needs much better presentation, headache to look at.

Still waiting on food. 33 minutes and counting. Got food after going to manager. No one said sorry. Was not offered refill of drink. Food was good, but will not do this again.

A friend just raves about Bob Evans but sadly to say I'm not sure why, this location has the slowest service of any place I've been in a while and I eat out a lot 4-5 per week. the food was mediocre at best. Nice and clean very friendly but just because you put a fancy dress on a gal doesn't make her a super model!

Food was OK but service was subpar given the fact that we had a new waitress that wasn't properly trained made my experience less enjoyable.

Brought my daughter in on our way to Orlando and it was her first time to Bob Evans. Though the waitress got much of our order incorrect the food was fabulous. She brought me another sandwich as mine was incorrect at no charge. Don't know if I would stop at this location again but the food was good.

They have good food here and never disappoint. Their staff goes out of the way to please their guests. I wanted a salad dressing that they didn't have so my waitress home made it for me.

My first time at Bob Evans and we were on the road heading south. So, we tried something new. Plenty of choices, good sweet tea, huge soft home cookin' biscuits. This place was clean and a nice stop. I would rate this place a notch above Denny's (not sure if it is 24hr??). My pancakes were good. The one issue we had was I ordered bacon and never got it. I didn't realize this until the bill came- the waitress had the manager investigate this- she came back and told us the manager would speak to us about this, since they can void that check. The manager then came back, a while later and told us we could void the check or take a coupon. This took way longer than it should have- so I would avoid ordering extras that don't come with your meal - but again- this may just be an isolated instance. Overall, good road trip food.

Service was terrible. I posted a rating but it was deleted, and never showed up on being posted 5/6/2012. This was for two separate people, two meals. Food good but cold, may need to hire more waitresses.

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. After waiting for 30 min, our waitress, Keysha, came by to ask how we were doing. Problem was we had never received our order. She said she would check on it. 20 min later, the Assistant manager came by to tell us that our ticket had never been given to the kitchen. She offered no courtesy and barely apologized for the mix up. 15 minutes later, we still had not seen our waitress or food, so we left. The coffee was just as bad as the service. However, make sure to check out the cracker barrel across the highway for a MUCH better customer service experience.

Yep, I'm gonna do it. I am going to risk my culinary credibility by reviewing a Bob Evans. Every time I make it south of the Georgia state line I head to Bob Evans. Why, you ask? Because they have damn good sweet tea. That is enough for me. But no children, that is not all. Their sausage gravy is seriously better than any of my backwoods country family's version, and that says a LOT! Other items on the menu are tasty and fresh. i am writing to the company to beg them to open up shop here in the Atlanta area.
